Better way to role play

We are a global BPO that has used role plays and simulations with agents on the floor in the past. We switched to SymTrain because we support multiple lines of businesses across all industries and SymTrain is flexible enough to do that with us. It's extremely easy to use in all of our training and onboarding processes, and our team who creates the syms is constantly creating new things for us. We actually know what's happening in coaching.
