Ich bin seit ein paar Jahren ein Fan der Symprex-Produkte. Ihre On-Premise-ESM-Lösung war eine der wenigen, die eine EWS-Verbindung unterstützte, sodass unsere Benutzer die Signaturen von jedem internen und sogar externen Standort synchronisieren konnten. Dies ist ein großer Vorteil für unser Unternehmen, da wir viele mobile (außerhalb des Büros) Benutzer haben. Ich war also ziemlich zufrieden mit dem Start von Signature365 und während der Testphase sind wir sofort von der On-Premise-ESM zur neuen Cloud-Lösung gewechselt, und es war von Anfang an eine ziemlich reibungslose Erfahrung. Die Konfiguration und Integration mit Microsoft ist einfach einzurichten und es erforderte nicht viel Aufwand, vom Signatur-Agenten zum neuen Outlook-Plugin zu migrieren. Wie bei allen neuen Lösungen gab es am Anfang einige kleinere Probleme (bildbezogen), aber diese wurden alle in geordneter Weise vom Support gelöst. Der Kundensupport ist auch eines der Dinge, die ich am meisten schätze. Alle Probleme werden schnell mit einer klaren Erklärung gelöst. All dies und die Preisgestaltung im Vergleich zu allen anderen verfügbaren Signaturlösungen machen es zu einer einfachen Entscheidung, sich für Signature365 zu entscheiden.
