My company uses Applicant Stack for housing all our potential new hires information and keeps track of all our current hires' HR needs. We do all our onboarding paperwork through AS and even keep the handbook available for everyone to view easily. My absolute favorite feature (to date) is the History Tab...this keeps a running dialogue of all the activity in one place, staff can communicate notes to one another, it gives a clear timeline of events and happenings.

The product is so easy to use, saves time, creates efficiencies in my workflows/processes and gets my openings out to a large audience! It is also very affordable.

The dashboard is very easy to use and read and allows the HR team to see where everyone is at in the process quickly.
