SweetIQ hatte ein wirklich großartiges Dashboard mit Diagrammen und Grafiken zur Leistung und Analyse von sozialen Medien, war jedoch in der Überwachung und im Vergleich der Leistung von Wettbewerbern eingeschränkt.

I like that there is a comprehensive dashboard where you can do everything in one place. The platform itself is easy enough to use, though some of the language used isn't as clear as I'd like and has caused some confusion. There were times I needed to access the FAQ section to figure out what to even call the task I was trying to accomplish. Otherwise, updates and review responses/Q&As are completed in real-time which is nice, as we have a retail arm of our business and changes need to happen quickly sometimes.

The idea behind SweetIq is great, being able to see the analytics for a business in one place is a really nice idea. Unfortunately SweetIQ seriously lacks in execution and even more so in their support.
