A great CRM for customiseable permissions for users, lacks a bit on the Marketing side.

I enjoy the great possibilities to customise the system for individual users, I work with marketing but also back-end SuperOffice as the "Go to guy" to solve issues or user rights. The UI is built in an okay way, it feels a bit outdated at times but its simple to use once you get the hang of it. Feels like it's quite a steep entry level, but once you have it in the bag its easy.
