For the first time ever, I have been able to consistently keep inbox xero while also drastically decreasing the amount of time I spend managing my inbox. The shortcuts and additional functionality like easy calendar scheduling is really beneficial if you spend the majority of your time in meetings. If you are a busy professional, this will be a game changer. Probably even more so if you are in sales since I do not even need or use some of the additional functions related to taht.

Superhuman has the most powerful tools for managing an overflowing inbox. I can quickly address and ignore emails that are just notifications and focus on addressing the most important messages. I love the ability to hit snooze on an important email and have it appear later when I do have time to respond to it. The AI summaries are great, and the AI assistant for drafting emails also does a great job into transforming my curt response into a more thoughtful and complete response on my behalf. This tool has saved me a massive amount of time every day.

It saves me so much time in going through my emails that I can even go back to write reviews like this one. I have so many issues with regular email, from the editor experience, to formatting, to switching back and forth between different spelling and AI tools, to trying to manage a task list by snoozing or marking emails as unread. Sometimes peoples signatures even bloat my browser. All of that is gone with Superhuman, it made emails great again. Using Superhuman for email is comparable to the first time I used an iPhone; it's magical, it's high-end, it just works.
