SuccessFinder provides information that can be applied to a large variety of talent management applications. I used it for selection, promotion, succession management, leadership development, team effectiveness and conflict mediation. The accessibility and usability of the platform are easy and efficient. And I am really pleased to see that they are constantly investing in the development and improvement of the online platform.
