Spiro AI is a great CRM to use. It's very easy and intuitive, especially for small, mid, and large companies. They go above making the experience for clients the best.

I appreciate the pipeline view for leads, as it can really help with visualization. I also like that it automatically connects to social media profiles and websites, making it easier to connect with prospects. They recently integrated a campaign feature, which is basically allowing. you to send out emails at a specific date and time, which is good for the "set it and forget it" kind of outreach. I also like that you can group people to a company, but different opportunities, if needed. This helps with larger organiziatiions that have multiple brands.
