SmartWinnr is the most effective way to train large and geographically distributed teams

SmartWinnr is extremely easy to use. I can plan training for an entire month and schedule all SmartFeeds, Assessments and Coaching in advance. The analytics are very powerful. Features like being able to change the colour of the charts and add them to my presentation, makes my job easier.
