Smartsheet is a simple to use PM software

I like that it gives the freedom to create multiple project types. If you can think it then you can build it. It is easy to use and learn. It only took a few members of our team to implement the software and configure it to meet our every day needs. This is our every day go to project management software. We have started the process of integrating it with our internal software to show results of our projects in real time. We have not had to call customer support because we have found the support we need from articles, examples, or Youtube videos.

Streamlining our Tradeshow Preparations

We currently use Smartsheet to streamline and organize our tradeshow scheduling. Including all aspects of registration. Booking the booth space, booth workers, utilities, lead services, and products being showcased, and love the attachments section to include all our receipts and paperwork as a backup. Our staff has access to the sheet and view each aspect and receipt if something were to arise during the show.
