I like Smartsheet as it helps me manage our department's IT projects and portfolios daily. It has a very nice dashboard that I can customize and create filters and reports. Smartsheet's customer support is also very responsive.

Powerful and flexible tool

It allows us to track all of our tickets in every department for a single source of information. It is very customizable and could fit almost any use case if you get creative.

We use SS to mange our client campaigns and the studio delivery of them.

Easy to use, it's pretty intuitive, and the sharing function is great to keep things in one place. We use it all the time on a daily basis so being quick to access is also a positive. There are so many features that we don't use it would be good to try and branch out more to see what is viable.
