I love how organized this keeps you! This is a great way to make sure you have all the documents needed for your office and that you are on track to go to closing. I also love how easy it makes reviewing the contracts from our agents. You can simply mark it complete if it is go to go or you can make a note and notify the agent of actions needed to complete the document. It emails the agent right from the software!
