I love being able to Sift another team member who I haven't met before (and yes, we use "Sift" as a verb at this point!) There's a lot of value in being able to put a face and some basic information to a name. I also constantly find myself Sifting Team Members to see what their tenure is with the organization. It's an important piece of information for some of the work that I do, and it isn't easily accessible elsewhere. I really like that I can keyword search and come up with common groups that weren't specifically delineated elsewhere. For example, I could search for "Cornhuskers" and find a group of Team Members who very likely have some connection to Nebraska. (I haven't used it for this function lately, but at one point I was trying to ID bankers with connections to different parts of the US and searching by and sports team names turned out to be a very effective method.) Adding the pronouns section was a huge improvement for a lot of people - and was big news for a community that I'm an Ally of. Thank you for doing that!
