by far the customer support stood out to me the most, they're super responsive and quick to help add features and customize to our liking. but we also used showell because the price is so great compared to other business software. It's CRAZY how much people charge for ultimately very simple software tools, just because they know they can gouge starry-eyed Marketing VPs with big budgets. But Showell is actually offering software at a reasonable price. I hope it stays that way! the tool itself was also great, nothing to complain about there. we basically needed a nicer skin over the top of dropbox files for our sales reps, and that's what we got. we weren't upsold like crazy in an attempt to charge us more. simple plug and play experience for our relatively small team.
