Es gibt zwei Hauptbereiche, die wir mögen:
1) Die Workflow-Engine in Rootly ist wirklich leistungsstark. Wir konnten eine komplizierte Reihe von Kommunikationsanforderungen so kodieren, dass unsere OCEs den Vorfall verwalten können, ohne Zeit mit der Suche nach komplizierten Geschäftsregeln zu verbringen, bevor sie mit Kunden kommunizieren.
2) Die Terraform-Unterstützung ist hervorragend – fast alles in Rootly ist über den Terraform-Provider konfigurierbar. Das bedeutet, dass wir unser Oncall-Tooling auf die gleiche Weise verwalten können wie unsere andere Infrastruktur.
