Intuitive and Effective Room Booking System

The best part of Robin is the built in check in system, which we use on tablets for each conference room. The color coding (free, meeting starting soon, meeting in progress) is extremely useful to find a free room at a glance. It is easy to book a meeting in advance and grab a room as-needed.

Easy to book, with pictures of rooms to boot!

I like that I can see pictures of the rooms I'm booking. When you're new at a company and planning a lot of meetings, this is particularly helpful. It's also (relatively) easily integrated with Outlook.
