Efficient and Inexpensive Electronic Storage System

I like the overall simplicity of the system. I also like that the system is online so I can access it remotely, from anywhere. The system has a clean look and is user friendly as well.

Efile cabinet

The ease of adding groups multiple documents at a time and delete on store. Adding and removing access shared access to only specific file. Very helpful! I Really like that it deletes on store because have you ever uploaded a file or thought you did? Accidental delete something that you were not supposed to? Now I am confident that delete on store closes it out for me. I KNOW the document is secured, and where it needs to be.

Could never go back to not using this product!

The ease of using efile and customization of the product by creating our own cabinets and file folders. I also like that you can limit staff access to certain cabinets.
