The search functions are incredibly helpful when I only know what the name sounds like and what part of the country they live in. It narrows down my crawling through every donor name. Being able to automatically create acknowledgement letters was helpful, but with recent weird updates to our computers, I'm stuck using Mail Merge on Word instead
