easy to use, support employees to gain achievement

Most helpful is having all employees loaded in from Workday. If you forget someone's name, Recgonize is quick to find it for you.

My favorite parts about Recognize is being able to go through and see how everyone is growing together within the company. The badges are well thought out and makes it easy to select what best applies for the agent in question. It was very easy to implement with our agents and we use it frequently to ensure everyone is noticed at least once a month. We have integrated this into our things to do because it allows everyone to feel appreciated. I havent had to deal with customer support for this product, but based on what i hear they do an exceptional job.
