We were in need of a new database to house our proposal content. We reached out to the sales team at Qorus who were very responsive; allowing us to test the product’s features. Once we made our decision, we had a Qorus implementer working directly with us to understand our needs and bring forth recommendations of the product’s capabilities to meet those needs. The Qorus team has been very flexible with adjusting the implementation schedule to balance our existing workload. Our staff is most pleased with the simplicity of their user interface. As the implementation phase is complete, and we move to the next phase, our experience continues to be positive.
