Having the search & insert function available in the O365 tools we're already using to create proposals is the biggest advantage. Being able to insert our best content into my document, with Qorus automatically completing the "smart fields" from pre-populated data, in just a few clicks and without leaving the application I'm in, has made a big difference to my workflow. Assignments makes it easier to work with our subject matter experts in a consistent way throughout the bid team and from bid to bid, making the bid managers life just a bit easier! Also, the engagement and support we've received from the whole Qorus team throughout has been excellent, it feels like they're an extension of our business now.
