QorusDocs is great because - allows me and my team to create standardized bid environments - allows me and my team to easily (just "Clip") content and save it for easy reuse - allows me and my team to reuse existing content for new tenders - we can search for content easily (accross multiple libraries in different languages if necessary) - it allows to create and manage standardized templates for e.g. word - easy access management of users - it integrates directly in our existing SharePoint environment and allows full access to standardized Sharepoint functionality (e.g. working together on documents, Versions, etc.) - Very helpful Customer Success Managers All in all It is a very large improvement to our former solution (search in old documents) and also a large improvment to a standard Sharepoint environment. Its easy to use (when you have setup everything)
