The platform is customizable and our company had some complex business requirements for which the implementation team was great in supporting us throughout the process. We have the ability to change some basic settings and configurations ourselves, which is great and saves time. However, there is a learning curve to understanding how to do this. Overall, we are satisfied with the tool.
