What I appreciate most about Precoro is how easy it is to use for both end users and administrators. Its versatility allows it to adapt to any procurement model or approval flow, making it a great fit for various organizational needs. The email reminders for approvers are particularly helpful in keeping processes on track. Having been involved in implementing and administering the software, I found it straightforward and requiring very little maintenance. It even offers more features than we needed, which is a wonderful bonus. Additionally, its seamless integration with our other systems has been a huge plus. Lastly, the customer support team has been incredibly responsive, even with time zone differences. They’ve gone above and beyond by proactively reaching out to inform us about new features that could benefit us. Overall, Precoro has been a fantastic tool, and I’m happy to recommend it.
