I find the simple, automation of Poppulo really intuitive and easy to use. There are lots of 'get out of jail' cards built in, so if you do something wrong it is easy to put right. I like the knowledge base, as often when exploring new aspects of what's available I like to work it through at my own pace, but what I really like is that when I want to speak to a real person to take me through something, I can. The added bonus to that is that the person on the other end is good at clear explanations in a friendly manner. The capabilities of the system are excellent. We have our own corporate templates and branding to adhere to, but within those limitations, there are so many ways to get the best out of the system. In the year or so that we've been using Poppulo I'm still discovering new benefits, and learning to apply the use of the data and analytics in ways to help me improve the performance of my communications. Plus the boot camps and webinars they offer are an additional professional benefit.
