Ich mag, dass strategische Säulen, OKRs und Gesundheitsmetriken alle an einem Ort sind. Alles verbindet sich miteinander und es macht es für alle viel einfacher, die Zusammenhänge zu erkennen. Berichterstattung ist auch eine gute Sache.

Perdoo makes sense from the first use, and I never looked back at the Excel sheet we replaced. I was looking for a tool we could introduce in our firm without going through a lengthy and potentially costly implementation phase. Hence, the free entry version and thoughtful guidance within the application are high on my list of likes. Also, I appreciate the interface is nudging toward the "right" way of formulating, tracking and managing OKRs. It is clear enough to give food for thought, but I still can if I do not play it entirely by Perdoo's book/ OKR philosophy.
