The overbid text alerts and the automatic bid features are extremely helpful for our supporters. The ability to send text to our attendees and supporters is an effective method of communication. Check-out is easier with OneCause, and it is nice to have almost all payments completed electronically. They provide excellent customer support, and I like that they give you the option to use their equipment and have one or two OneCause support staff onsite during the event.
