Before starting my current role I had never heard of Mo but now I have discovered this platform I am very pleasantly surprised. I'm surprised not many companies use this service and platform, as it is very beneficial and rewarding for employees. It allows the employees to shout out and priase good work regularly without the need for corporate or formal meetings and allows people to reward good work with tangeble things. Great idea and really helps boost company morale. Highly recommend
