Professionalism, speed of execution, highly proactive and great level of quality.

My title says it all. Mercury isn't a clock in - clock out company. Everyone I have worked with there seems to actually enjoy putting in the mental effort to solve problems, even if it wasn't part of their predefined task. I receive 'hey you mentioned X, and we've been thinking...' emails, which is music to the ears of someone who is putting their own time and money in to a project because it means Mercury's goal is to build something great at maximum efficiency rather than getting paid for potential missteps and miscommunications on the part of the person doing the hiring (me!).
