Firstly, the customer service team is one of the most interactive and helpful teams I have come across. They are always glad to help out with questions and work things out. Next, the dashboard is much easier to navigate and use. There is no guesswork involved in trying to find where particular analytics would be, The user experience helps take any guesswork out. And, of course, the analytics. Who would have thought that social media would be able to give out soo much information about one's brand and help better understand their demographics?
