This was our first foray into AI chat. The onboarding team was excellent and helped us get the lion's share of our questions uploaded into the system. They got the first version of the bot up and running in the time frame they initially promised and we were live a week later. The interface to add/update questions and settings, review unanswered questions and merge questions meets all of the requirements we have, and so far, the chat bot is doing its job and actually helped us book a few consultations, which blew away my CEO. We highly recommend the Massively team and product.
