We love using it primarily for watching the recordings of leads journeys on new pages. Gives us good insights into what is working.

Lucky Orange is a simple tool which is easy to implement and has an easy to use interface which is simple to learn and navigate. The features which I use most regularly are the heatmapping tool and the announcements option. I would still use Google Analytics as my primary source of reporting, but being able to see at a glance engagement with key website pages, along with things like scroll depth and typical movement around a page makes it easy to identify barriers and pain points. The announcements are a nice addition which we use to promote upcoming events on the home page in a way which doesn't disturb the rest of the content. We also have the live chat available as an additional get in touch feature, although we don't respond 'live', so it's great that it has both options.

Being able to watch your users interacting with the site helps make so many informed decisions about what they like, what they don't, what frustrates and what delights them! All so you can suggest improvements and develop a better UX!
