I like Lucidya’s automated reports. Those contain metrics that give you a more comprehensive view of your customer-base, no matter the industry. The reports are easily exportable in PDF and ppt formats, and they can be published in Arabic as well as English.

I like the maturity of the tool’s capability to analyze Arabic data in different forms and dialects. This is unique to Lucidya, as I’ve yet to see another brand make such an offering in the region.
