Loopio has an easy-to-use layout that all users were able to understand and navigate quickly. Although our organization is still fairly new to the Loopio family, we have quickly found that it offers us the ability to manage our RFI/RFP responses under one platform. The days of working on Microsoft teams, word, and various e-mails are now behind us. We can communicate and work within the live document, which has allowed us to become more efficient with the creations of our responses. Having the library at our disposal with various historical answers is very helpful. Previously we would have to search for the old answers and track down the answers; Loopio helps to make that process much more manageable.

How powerful the tool is to make you answer things quickly and efficiently but at the same time accurately. The team that onboards you, makes a fantastic job guiding you and putting you up to speed.

I love Loopio. It makes organing RFP content so easy! I no longer have to manually review old RFPs to find the way "such and such" was written perfectly. It has made our RFP process more efficient.
