But the report function in its on-prem instance is based on SQL query. If the built-in reports cannot meet the requirement, users need understand the database tables to create reports themselves which is not easy for everyone if has no knowledge about how database works or links together. Its newly cloud instance provides much better data analysis and asset topology however it requires to send data to AWS Ireland data centre which causes concerns of data sovereignty issue. It has very attractive pricing on the market. Its agentless scanning capability is quite strong to capture all necessary information. Its cloud instance has much modern interface and data analysis features.

When it works, it works well. However, when it does not work, support is impossible to work with. There's no phone number, only an email address that is not regularly monitored or replied to.
