Jotform ist einfach zu bedienen und zuverlässig. Als nicht-technischer Benutzer liebe ich, dass die Plattform intuitiv ist und das Erstellen eines Formulars super einfach macht. Mit der Drag-and-Drop-Oberfläche konnte ich in kürzester Zeit super professionell aussehende Formulare erstellen. Ich liebe auch, dass Jotform so viele Integrationen zur Verfügung hat. Die, die ich am meisten benutze, ist die Paypal-Integration, die das Sammeln von Geld über meine Formulare so einfach wie möglich macht. Ich sollte auch erwähnen, dass ich im Laufe der Jahre mehrmals mit dem Kundensupport zu tun hatte und sie immer sehr professionell und schnell waren, um mir eine zufriedenstellende Antwort zu geben. Neben der Funktionsvielfalt finde ich Jotform auch sehr erschwinglich, besonders für alles, was man damit bekommt!

I have used Jotform for years and find more and more uses and implementations for it each month. It is great to use when you just need to build a short form, but it can also easily handle more complex needs. I use it daily for collecting complex order requests, with lots of conditional logic and responsive fields. Making changes, disabling items, and adding features are all a breeze within the editor, and as far as managing conditional logic, it's fairly straightforward. It's also been a breeze to embed the form within my website, and it looks polished and professional. Clients who use our forms will complement the ease of use, and that's thanks to Jotforms functionality. Not only do I manage forms within their platform, but we've been able to build out an app with ease that has been able to replace other services we were using. The app building is easy, intuitive, and is great, even for those with little background. Jotform is incredibly approachable and user-friendly and can span the most basic of needs to the most complex.
