It works but isn’t super user friendly

It currently solves our business needs, although we will soon be switching from Jotform to another solution. It was easy to learn and there are usually people available to help through the message boards, although I've found recently that the customer service team doesn't know how to answer my questions, misunderstands the question, and don't try to provide workarounds.

Ich mag, dass es von verschiedenen Plattformen aus zugänglich und nutzbar ist. Man kann die Excel-Daten ansehen und die Formulare im PDF-Format für andere Zwecke abrufen. Ich mag auch, wie man den Workflow anpassen kann, um den Anforderungen dieses Formulars gerecht zu werden. Wir beginnen gerade, die Plattform mehr zu nutzen, und haben festgestellt, dass Jotform die Anforderungen des Formulars durch den Workflow-Prozess erfüllen kann. Wir können mit allen kommunizieren, die Teil des Prozesses sein müssen.

Great system with multiple use cases!

|Jotform
It lets us collect and parse information collected from our customers and staff, and its functionality is by far the best I have seen in a form system. It's much better than the other form systems because it's more functional and it looks nicer.
