I liked best that the guidance that I received was very specific to my situation. I felt that the person was next to me looking at my PR . So the guidance was not just some generic blah blah but individualized assistance, very specific to my PR. This is when I quickly realized that they were able to see the PR that I had uploaded on the Intacct. I also love how quickly they responded to my initial query ( and all the questions or comments) that followed. Again, I felt that I had someone right next to me answering my questions in real life

They are very responsive and reliable. We know we can count on them to solve our Intacct questions/issues.
