The software is user-friendly, with the ability to customize care plans, weight charts, and billing. The messaging system is efficient and it allows for easy editing of documents and sending them to clients. Additionally, it has a wide range of features including billing, intake, notes, and it also includes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). While the virtual visit feature has yet to be tested, it appears promising.
