Really useful for cleaning up the data in our Hubspot CRM. Insycle helps do some of the things its difficult or impossible to do in Hubspot directly (e.g. merging multiple records together at once and following specific rules as to which record should be the master). The Hubspot integration is also great, being able to run Insycle processes from a Hubspot workflow means we can have Insycle running in the background on all our new data to keep it clean. It's very customizable - we're probably only using a fraction of its capability - but its good to be able to use it easily as a not-very-technical user and still be able to enlist the help of more technical colleagues to create even more powerful rules. Customer service is really good too, very responsive and has always solved issues, answered questions or responded to suggestions really quickly.
