As a small remote support team this software allows me insight into my team players daily routine. The dashboard is easy to use and provides several different ways to review the employee data. When I have a question the customer support chat is quick and easy. I utilize the software daily to review my team's productivity. I was not on the implementation team or integration team so I cannot speak to how easily it was adopted by our organization.

I like the feature of being able to customise and tag which applications are productive, unproductive and neutral. It also gives a real-time result of staff activities and utilization.

Dashboard with lots of details in a glance. It was super quick to get employees setup and tracking started immediatley. Customer support was very responsive when needed.
