I like their CRM. I like the ability to take notes, catagorize each lead. If they've filled out the full form...which is 50/50, then you know their timeframe, if they have a house to sell, and if they have been pre-approved or if they are a cash buyer. You can set up tasks to do automatically and/or manually. You get notificed everytime they look at any properties. Even if they don't respond to you through any communication, if you set them up on an alert based on the homes they are looking at they will generally begin to open your emails up and start looking. Despite a lot of really low budget leads, every once in a while you get a good one or even a great one. They provide training for you to use their system. It's a great system to use. I use it daily as I set up tasks all I have to do is log on and it tells me who I need to reach out to and what I want to focus on. I probably haven't used it as often as I should but customer support is readily available.
