We are a new player in the crypto space who is democratizing access to Web3 asset classes to retail users across the globe. We use Hyperverge’s identity verification stack across geographies to onboard users seamlessly and to stop frauds. Even though we are a small team/client, the HyperVerge team went out of its way to ensure we have a seamless integration experience and ensured we could go live in the tight timelines we had. Additionally, we loved the ability to use one single player across different countries that we want to go live in without having to worry about accuracy, robustness to racial bias and uptimes.

They started by identifying the problem & defining the success metrics. Suggested the best way to solve it using their product suite. They supported us in integrating their product and then tracked the funnel's performance to ensure value addition through the product. We did benchmark them against multiple competitors and found their AI accuracies to be the highest in the market. On top of it, the support system is commendable.
