We've used many products over the years, including ones owned by Special K - so coming across Hudu which still has a "helpful" support team and more versatility to host your data yourself if you like was refreshing. It works extremely well for us and was much easier than attempting to develope something ourselves and stick a square peg in a round hole.

Personally, ease of use is probably my favorite feature of Hudu. The navigation is pretty simple, and with each update, it seems to get easier to find what I need. It seems the developers truly have their finger on the pulse of what users need and want. While I have come across a few issues and difficulties with configuring things exactly how I would like to see them, the process overall has been great, and support has been excellent, expedient, and, most often, very simple to deal with. We utilize Hudu on a daily basis. This has become absolutely indispensable to our operation.

Hudu is an intuitive documentation management, easy to use, it's straight forward interface that even you don't have experience creating an article using a DM, you'll move along just fine with it. What I love the most about it is the public sharing link that you can generate to share the article outside your domain and the ability to integrate to scribe to it. Really good!!!
