The global experience is nice, the web interface, drag and drop and "json" edition, github integration, the ability to tag different assets... The integration with dbt is really deep (access to models and also jobs)

Simple and functional

|Hightouch
Once it's properly setup, it's easy to understand the basic features. Building models and activating syncs is very straightforward. The customer support works very well in the slack channel, although other messaging tools could be supported.
