More than an HRIS

|HiBob HRIS
Hi bob is a people first system that is generally easy to navigate, aligns with building a high performance team, and is user friendly. Many of the modules are well thought out - compensation and performance are fantastic. Our teams have embraced bob and most would go in to the platform a few times a week - I haven't had this ith another HRIS before. Support is expert and on hand - sometimes a bit slow (a few things in the development pipeline would help us a lot) but the urgent stuff is always dealt with quickly. Well supported with implementation and a clear plan- doing it in modules is great to stagger around our lifecycle and capacity as a team.

Perfektes System für das, was wir brauchen.

|HiBob HRIS
Es macht all die gleichen Dinge wie jedes HRIS, aber das Gemeinschaftselement ist für mich der Punkt, an dem es sich selbst verkauft. Es ist sehr benutzerfreundlich auf jedem Gerät und ermöglicht es uns als globales Unternehmen, mit allen Regionen in Verbindung zu treten. Die zusätzlichen Module sind auch großartig. Ich nutze die Leistungsfunktion, die es mir ermöglicht, Erfolge leicht nachzuverfolgen. Auch das anonyme Berichtswerkzeug funktioniert hervorragend, obwohl es zum Glück nicht so oft vom Team genutzt wird. Die Art und Weise, wie man das System mit dem Firmenbranding anpasst, ist genial!
