There are so many things I and our leaders love about Bob! First, while this might seem quite simple, I really love the birthday notifications - something I consider really key when we think about moments that matter in the employee lifecycle. I never miss wishing my team (based on their opt-in) a happy birthday because the system sends me a reminder a few days before. Second, the user interface is so clean and easy to navigate! When we were deciding on an HRIS, we viewed many that had an outdated or clunky UI, but Bob's fresh and modern approach makes you want to go in and explore and use the system every day. Third, the 1-1 functionality is brilliant. I use it to make sure I keep track of key points covered in 1-1 meetings, and the prompts provide a good reminder for our leaders on all the really important things to cover in a 1-1 - from prioritisation support, learning & development, and wellbeing. Fourth, there are so many modules that can be added to Bob. So far we've only rolled out the Core and Talent modules but there are so many more available to choose from (Onboarding, Compensation, Surveys, Learning, and so on). I look forward to what's next!
