We have really enjoyed the user experience. It's intuitive to use and very well laid out. We did our '24 year-end reviews and it helped us take several steps forward in giving more complete and accurate performance reviews to our staff. Templates for review forms are easily customizable. Peer review feature is super helpful as well. Customer support has been very responsive and helpful.
