HiBob, the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), has certainly impressed me with its intuitive interface and user-friendly design. The platform allows users to easily arrange various processes and settings, making it a breeze to customize it to fit our organizational needs. One of the standout features of HiBob is the wealth of inspiration, learnings, and instructions it provides. This guidance is incredibly valuable for both new and experienced users, ensuring that we can make the most of the platform's capabilities. Another major advantage of HiBob is the ability to discuss settings and solutions with other users. This collaborative aspect fosters a sense of community and shared knowledge, allowing us to troubleshoot and optimize our use of the system more effectively.

Hi Bob is great I use it daily, has a very easy interface and people seem to get on with it very well. We really like the reporting elements of it and the e-signature abilities. The customer support team are fab and it's rare they can't solve things or at least provide an answer. It has a large amount of integrations that are mostly pretty easy to set up. Integration took a while for us as we didn't have the funds to pay for it and it got quite confusing as there wasn't a great deal of support offered. It would be nice if there was a bare minimum for those who can't afford it. I love the ability to create your own fields so you can pull reports on personalised data (e.g. we created a field called exco department so we can pull everyone who falls under that member.)
