The customer service I received was top-notch, specifically from their Director of Sales, who was incredibly attentive, thorough, and helpful during the bulk upload process of custom cards I ordered for the holiday season. He was so responsive at every step of the process - from providing detailed specifications and instructions to our team when we were building out the custom card design, to personally checking on the design with his own eyes when we made a last-minute edit, to calling me on the phone and expediting an order when there was a mistake in the Excel doc. This is the third year I've placed orders through Handwrytten, and my first time working with their Director of Sales - and this year has been the best experience, solely due to him.
